A client (or their worker) requests either a cell phone, computer, or tablet through our device request form on our website. They are then added to the device wait-list.

We rely on device donations to redistribute devices. Devices can be donated at Purpose Society, New Westminster Public Library, and Century House.

We clean the device, wipe off all existing information, and update the device to the newest available software.

We consult the existing wait-list and contact the next eligible client.

Upon receival, we help the client with any questions they may have about their new device. They are also invited to participate in a 6 month follow-up survey to help determine the successes and challenges with their device.
