• A client (or their worker) requests either a cell phone, computer, or tablet through our device request form on our website. They are then added to the device wait-list.

  • We rely on device donations to redistribute devices. Devices can be donated at Purpose Society, New Westminster Public Library, and Century House.

  • We clean the device, wipe off all existing information, and update the device to the newest available software.

  • We consult the existing wait-list and contact the next eligible client.

  • Upon receival, we help the client with any questions they may have about their new device. They are also invited to participate in a 6 month follow-up survey to help determine the successes and challenges with their device.
